Rationale

As the founder of a non-profit after-school organization, Apollo’s Vision Computer Clubs, I believe it is important for my portfolio to have both a personal and a public aspect. The personal aspect is intended to present my capabilities as an educator and inspire professional growth by providing means for reflection. This aspect of my portfolio is intended for potential employers, educators, school administrators, parents, students, classmates, and colleagues. The public aspect of my portfolio is to present an alternative model of learning and to share prototypes of technology based curricula and its effects on learning with teachers, students, parents, and anyone interested in the role of technology in education.
